The Opportunity
About the Team
This role will be part of the Public Sector Sales team at Nutanix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The team is characterized by a strong focus on exceeding expectations and fostering a supportive culture that emphasizes respect and a growth mindset. The mission of the team is to engage deeply with customers across the health sector and oil and gas industries, driving innovative solutions and establishing meaningful relationships to support the unique needs of these sectors.
You will report to the Public Sector Sales Leader, who is known for treating team members with respect while maintaining high expectations for performance. They foster a collaborative environment where transparency regarding quotas and performance is encouraged.
Your Role
Engage and manage approximately 25 key accounts in the healthcare and oil & gas sectors throughout Saudi Arabia. Achieve defined sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasting and sales funnel management. Demonstrate strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to large strategic / key accounts in the region. Possess an attitude towards understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape. Work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development. Employ account-based, solution, and consultative sales techniques. Use SFDC effectively and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Articulate the Nutanix value proposition, features, product messages, and positioning. Foster a growth mindset and actively seek new customer opportunities while supporting the retention of existing accounts.
What You Will Bring
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the health sector and oil and gas industries. Proven success in outside software sales, quota carrying, hunting, and closing skills. Experience in meeting with C-Level decision-makers. A track record of exceeding sales quotas over multiple years. Ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions within existing accounts. Ability to work collaboratively across teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development. Highly organized with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy. Fluency in
Arabic and
English is required.
Work Arrangement
This role is based on-site, providing opportunities for face-to-face collaboration with team members in a dynamic work environment. Being physically present facilitates seamless teamwork and access to resources. Additional guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
