Your Impact

As we experience growth in the Middle East, we seek a passionate Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) in Saudi Arabia. You will build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, drive new business, and ensure their success with Deliverect.

Typical Day

  • Understand your customers' unique needs within the Saudi hospitality market.
  • Identify how our platform can optimize their operations and foster growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, promoting Deliverect features and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop account plans to maximize lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales to find new opportunities.
  • Use data insights from HubSpot & Looker to track KPIs and refine strategies.
  • Build strong relationships, acting as the primary contact.
  • Conduct check-ins, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide onboarding and training using Google Suite tools.
  • Partner with marketing to develop case studies of successful clients.
  • Work with product teams to tailor features for the Saudi market, addressing local challenges.
  • Explore partnerships with key players in the Saudi food service ecosystem.

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years in Enterprise Account Management or similar B2B sales roles with proven revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of the restaurant industry and regional business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills; experienced with HubSpot and Looker.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (C+) and Arabic.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about our solutions.
  • Organized, motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Deliverect is a plus but training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with our platform and its value to restaurants is essential.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Planhat and Google Suite.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring fluency in English and Arabic. Knowledge of a European language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus.
