We are looking for a talented Writer or Senior Writer to join our Editorial team in the Middle East, with a focus on supporting clients in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong editorial background—ideally in journalism or strategic communications—who is passionate about crafting high-impact content across a variety of platforms.
As part of our editorial team, you’ll be responsible for developing high-quality written content, generating creative ideas, and providing editorial guidance on strategic communications initiatives.

### Job Responsibilities
+ Creative storytelling and content development
+ Producing a broad range of editorial content, both short form and long form, including social posts
+ Editing of content provided by clients and outside editorial contributors
+ Copywriting of by-lines, white papers etc
+ A great understanding of – and constant experimentation with –using Generative AI for producing editorial content, a keen awareness of Edelman’s guidelines for the responsible use of AI, and the ability to counsel account teams on best practice for using Generative AI tools.
### Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in writing, journalism, or editorial communications.
+ Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
+ Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
+ Proven ability to produce clear, compelling content under tight deadlines
+ Experience developing content for diverse formats, including thought leadership, speeches, reports, web copy, and social media
+ Strong understanding of regional cultural and media landscapes, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Comfortable providing strategic editorial counsel to clients and internal stakeholders
