Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer at ARH Consulting Engineers in Riyadh. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals.

Key KPIs include:

1. Timely completion of site and services work activities as per the shutdown plan given by the client.
2. Quality completion of proposals and project documentation.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and resolve delays. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule and ensure project success.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework.
2. Map and maintain stakeholders register including any contact persons and terms of reference.
3. Prepare Project Methodology, Detailed Work Schedule, Procurement Plan, and Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data for reporting purposes.
2. Manage a team of engineers and technical staff on-site, providing mentorship and training to junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
3. Provide project planning/scheduling support and manage small team of planners.
