Job description

Role Definition: The Lead Planning Engineer role is to function at the business and project/programme level, being at the center of communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement construction management plans, specifications, and procedures for assigned projects.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework.
3. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
4. Provide mentorship to junior QC engineers and site personnel.
5. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for casting operations, ensuring compliance.
6. Plan and conduct all electrical (routine) tests on transformers, including type tests and special tests on transformers and substations.
7. Design and engineer fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire suppression systems.
8. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate fire protection systems.
9. Perform CP survey and troubleshooting as required in the field.
10. Oversee HVAC duct fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair.
