• Residential Compound Foreman or Operations Supervisor: Supervise daily operations, oversee maintenance, and manage tenant relations while ensuring safety compliance. Proven experience in residential compounds and facility operations is a must. Strong leadership skills and fluency in Arabic and English are required.
• Bolting & Torqueing Technician: Ensure mechanical joint integrity and possess extensive experience in relevant industries. Safety adherence and quality assurance will be emphasized, along with the need for strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Project Lead Engineer: Oversee insulation projects, supervise teams, and coordinate with various departments to ensure project success. A background in Mechanical Engineering and significant experience in insulation project execution is preferred.
