This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of project execution, ensuring technical integrity, compliance, and alignment with client specifications and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all engineering design and coordination activities from concept through to detailed design and construction supportLead multi-disciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering functionsEnsure engineering outputs meet project scope, schedule, and quality requirementsProvide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues during executionAct as the primary interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholdersEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements specific to the Middle EastSupport project risk assessments, design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability studiesChampion a strong HSE and quality culture within the engineering functionRequirementsExtensive experience leading engineering delivery on large-scale onshore EPC projectsProven background with international EPC contractors or consultancies, ideally in the Middle EastStrong technical knowledge across all key engineering disciplines and interfacesPrevious experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirableBachelor s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or equivalent); Chartered Engineer status is a plusStrong understanding of project phases, from FEED through to commissioningExcellent coordination, leadership, and communication skillsArabic language skills are a plus but not requiredBenefitsDeliver complex, high-value projects that shape national infrastructureBe part of a collaborative and technically strong team with international exposureCompetitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistanceLong-term career development opportunities across the Middle East
