About the Role:

Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering activities across major onshore EPC projects in the Middle East. This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of project execution, ensuring technical integrity, compliance, and alignment with client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering design and coordination activities from concept through to detailed design and construction support
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering functions
• Ensure engineering outputs meet project scope, schedule, and quality requirements
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues during execution
• Act as the primary interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements specific to the Middle East
• Support project risk assessments, design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability studies
• Champion a strong HSE and quality culture within the engineering function

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading engineering delivery on large-scale onshore EPC projects
• Proven background with international EPC contractors or consultancies, ideally in the Middle East
• Strong technical knowledge across all key engineering disciplines and interfaces
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or equivalent); Chartered Engineer status is a plus
• Strong understanding of project phases, from FEED through to commissioning
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
