We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) operations within a Front-Line unit. In this role, you will develop your team’s competencies to meet current and future business needs, ensuring technical expertise to understand customer requirements and define optimal KONE solutions, working closely with sales and delivery teams.
As a CSE Manager, you will ensure compliance with engineering policies, safety regulations, and local codes and standards throughout the solution lifecycle. Depending on the organizational structure, you may manage a team within a larger engineering unit or lead a small to mid-sized Front Line engineering team.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5-7 years of industrial experience in High Rise engineering, and a minimum of 10 years in engineering management. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Proven management skills in a global/regional environment, strong leadership, understanding of construction and modernization processes, and knowledge of safety standards are essential. Business experience and a results-oriented mindset are preferred.
