Engineering Manager Offshore Jack-Up Rigs

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with offshore drilling and managerial experience to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

• Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
• Industry: Offshore Drilling / Oil & Gas
• Experience: 12+ years in engineering, operations, and maintenance on offshore jack-up rigs
• Managerial Expertise: Proven experience leading engineering teams and overseeing offshore projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise engineering teams, ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Oversee engineering documentation and compliance with API & regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise for operational and maintenance improvements.
• Ensure all engineering modifications onboard offshore rigs meet industry best practices.
• Identify and implement upgrades to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assist in budgeting for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12+ years in engineering, operations, and maintenance within offshore jack-up rigs.
