Engineering & Management Roles – Procurement, QA/QC & Site Engineers

Job Description:

We are hiring for multiple positions across key engineering and managerial roles in road and bridge construction projects:

1. Purchasing Manager (1 Position)

• Oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and a total of 10+ years in procurement.
• Familiarity with vendor management, tendering, and Saudi procurement laws.

2. Quality Control Manager – Laboratory Works (1 Position)

• Supervise material testing for asphalt, concrete, and earthworks.
• Ensure compliance with international and project-specific quality standards.
• Manage the laboratory team and QA documentation.

3. Civil Site Engineer – Roads and Bridges (3 Positions)

• Manage on-site construction activities related to roads and bridges.
• Coordinate with design and planning teams to meet project timelines.
• Ensure safety and quality during execution.

Preferably Saudi nationals – Local Transfer Only

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (for QC Manager and Site Engineers)
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of material specifications, testing standards, and infrastructure construction
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in the Saudi construction industry is a plus
