Engineer/Sr. Engineer-QA/QC-Electrical -Transmission Line

We have opportunities for QA/QC (Electrical) at KEC Limited for KSA-Saudi Arabia and UAE locations.

Qualifications: Graduate degree of BE/B Tech in Electrical.

Experience: 5-10 years minimum in transmission line project for QA/QC - Electrical.

1. Maintain project documentation with project numbering system as per contract SOP - custodian and document controller.
2. Prepare, update, and implement project QAP.
3. Prepare, review, submit, and get the approval of ITP for equipment, method statements for all activities, and field QAP for electrical and testing activities.
4. Coordinate with customer for approval of FAT reports, site inspection for materials receipt, and witness the testing and commissioning activities.
5. Ensure all testing equipment is duly calibrated and coordinate with testing and commissioning agency.
6. Support project manager in planning, supervision, ensuring prevention of NCRs, reporting potential failures, and taking corrective actions.
7. Coordinate between all functions like Design, Electrical, HSE, and Commercial to ensure compliance as per the project QAP.
8. Monitor supplier and contractor performance with respect to approval MQP.
9. Prepare and submit periodical reports on QA/QC activities to HO.
10. Liable for quality surveillance of site activities.
