POSITION SUMMARY:

Dedicated professional which ensures that an organization’s equipment and processes operate at optimal levels. His primary objective is to enhance equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency. His role involves analyzing data, identifying potential problems, and developing solutions to prevent equipment failures before they occur. .

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides deep data mining, data analytics that are related to plants issues and recommend solutions to improve plants performance and downtime.
  • Applies required methodologies to improve equipment performance and maintenance strategies such as RCM, FMEA, RBI and ACA.
  • Investigate, develop and apply innovative methodologies to identify failure modes and root causes through analysis, RCA and investigations.
  • Demonstrate continuous tracking of plants performance and show statistical data for all of the plants major highlights, failures and areas of improvements.
  • Self-driven in recommending solutions for complex problems and if necessary, conducts dedicated workshops to resolve them.
  • Provides effective technical evaluations of asset life cycle/costing and recommends solutions to maximize the benefits from the assets.
  • Lead and facilitate plants reliability meetings and discuss major issues and track the generated recommendations completion.
  • Represents the department in technical forums to demonstrate departments major highlights such as goals, accomplishments, challenges …etc
  • Collaborate with operations personnel in assuring data quality and involve in troubleshooting problems and provides guidance to all disciplines.
  • Develop and improve maintenance strategies to minimize cost and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor critical assets health, progress in closing recommendations, investigations quality and illustrates continuous support and enhancement contributions.
  • Develop, analyze and maintain plant relevant Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Key Performance Indicators and develop plans to maximize profitability.
  • Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives and help the company move forward in enhancing its dashboard and platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
  • CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer)
  • CMRP (Certified maintenance and reliability professional)

Asset Management (ISO 55001)

  • Minimum 10 years in APM
