Job Purpose

Supervision of HVAC activities, fire alarm system, fire fighting system, and ensuring quality as per approved project specifications and client standards.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibilities:

• Consistently implement and follow up on project execution to ensure standards, specifications, codes, and approvals.
• Maintain the quality standards of all mechanical activities as per the Project Quality Plan.
• Prepare BOQ of installation materials, purchase requests, and follow up on delivery.
• Review design drawings and prepare submittals.
• Initiate testing and commissioning and follow up with the consultant for final hand-over.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

• Train subordinates and form a team to work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates appropriately.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
