Job description: Job Purpose

Supervise HVAC activities, fire alarm systems, and fire fighting systems to ensure quality as per approved project specifications and client standards.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:

• Consistently implement and follow up on project execution to ensure standards, specifications, codes, and approvals.
• Maintain quality standards for all mechanical activities as per the Project Quality Plan.
• Prepare BOQ for installation materials, purchase requests, and follow up on delivery.
• Review design drawings and prepare submittals.
• Initiate testing and commissioning, and coordinate with the consultant for final hand-over.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

• Train subordinates and build an effective team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.

Delivery:

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within budget and time constraints.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution status of planned tasks.
