1. Training of subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
2. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
3. Delegate subordinates in each respective assignment.
4. Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
5. Perform the planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
