Responsibilities

1. Manage or lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
2. Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, in designing, developing, and delivering client solutions.
3. Leverage business experience to identify strategic options and project approaches.
4. Serve as the primary contact for clients and ensure ongoing communication and follow-up post-project.
5. Support the development of intellectual property for future use.
6. Oversee proposal preparation and modifications, maintaining bid integrity.
7. Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
8. Enhance consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge through experience and training.
9. Provide strategic advice and leadership to clients and teams, participating actively in team meetings.
10. Contribute to client reports, presentations, and delivery of findings.
11. Share expertise to elevate service capabilities.
12. Lead work streams on critical HR issues such as recruitment and learning & development.
13. Mentor junior staff members.

Skills & Experience

1. Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and report writing.
3. Experience managing large or multiple projects with tight deadlines.
4. Leadership experience in sizable, multidisciplinary teams.
5. Ability to build relationships with senior industry executives.

7. Business development experience, including lead generation and proposal development.
8. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues and trends.
9. Familiarity with consulting tools, methodologies, and techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 8-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, demonstrating career progression.
2. Dedicated to the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
3. Proven project leadership and people management skills.
4. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
5. Willingness to travel within the Middle East.
6. Legal right to work in the recruiting country.
