A leading company in the consulting sector seeks an Engagement Manager to foster client relationships and drive business solutions. The role involves project leadership, client interaction, and team mentorship, requiring strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have significant consulting experience and a relevant educational background, with a focus on the Saudi market.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients. Client retention and satisfaction, along with growing new business opportunities within existing clients, are prerequisites for this role. You will work with clients to understand business problems and recommend optimal solutions.
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for client delivery on one or multiple projects, including project planning, delivery, making recommendations, obtaining client buy-in, and ensuring closure of all work streams independently, adhering to internal quality standards and within agreed timelines. You will work directly with clients and practice partners. Additionally, you will mentor your team and actively lead internal organizational and business development initiatives.
This role requires travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE on an as-needed basis, up to 1-2 weeks per month.
