We are seeking a driven Engagement Manager - Digital Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital transformation, digital services, and IoT marketplace. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic solutions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Digital Services and IoT Marketplace:
- Lead initiatives related to digital services and IoT marketplace.
- Ensure solutions align with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on digital tools and platforms.
- Industry 4.0 experience is an added advantage.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in digital transformation, digital services, and IoT marketplace.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT systems, digital tools, and IoT technologies, Industry 4.0, Engineering and manufacturing domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and strategies to align IT solutions with business goals.
