Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Executive to enhance our relationships with clients and support account management initiatives. This position is crucial for maintaining our customer-centric focus and ensuring client satisfaction. As an Engagement Executive, you will work closely with the Engagement Manager and various teams to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of client engagement strategies, coordinating communication, and helping manage projects from inception to completion. A proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing engagement strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Support project management tasks and maintain project timelines
  • Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues
  • Prepare documentation and reports on client engagement activities

Requirements
