The Employee Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This position is responsible for managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure Saudization compliance within the organization.
- Maintain records and ensure timely renewal of IQAMA and QIWA contracts with employees.
- Ensure all expatriate employees have valid VISA, IQAMA, and work permits.
- Manage government portal activities and update records in line with labor laws.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, police stations, labor offices, etc., for any workplace incidents.
- Coordinate with government authorities and the office for legal and employee-related issues.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure compliance with GOSI, HRDF, and wage protection systems.
- Manage and handle HR-related client audits.
- Maintain records of government transactions and audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor and renew compliance with the Saudi Council of Engineers and other relevant trades.
- Manage employee probation extensions, warning letters, PIP, and termination cases in line with company policies and Saudi Labor Laws.
- Perform other tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
