Job description

The Employee Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This position is responsible for managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and ensure Saudization compliance within the organization.
  2. Maintain records and ensure timely renewal of IQAMA and QIWA contracts with employees.
  3. Ensure all expatriate employees have valid VISA, IQAMA, and work permits.
  4. Manage government portal activities and update records in line with labor laws.
  5. Coordinate with insurance companies, police stations, labor offices, etc., for any workplace incidents.
  6. Coordinate with government authorities and the office for legal and employee-related issues.
  7. Coordinate with payroll to ensure compliance with GOSI, HRDF, and wage protection systems.
  8. Manage and handle HR-related client audits.
  9. Maintain records of government transactions and audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  10. Monitor and renew compliance with the Saudi Council of Engineers and other relevant trades.
  11. Manage employee probation extensions, warning letters, PIP, and termination cases in line with company policies and Saudi Labor Laws.
  12. Perform other tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

  2. Proven experience in employee relations or human resources.
  3. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
