Job description

The Employee Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This position is responsible for managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for Maintain and make sure the Saudization as per the required norms within the organization.

(2) Maintain the records of and make sure timely renewal of IQAMA, QIWA contracts with employees.

(3) Make sure all expatriate employees have valid VISA, IQAMA, and work permits.

(4) Manage government portal related to make sure and update the records as on when in line with labor laws.

(5) Manage through effective coordination with insurance companies, police station, labor office etc. as on when for any accidental cases.

(6) Coordinate as on when with Government authorities, office for any legal matters and employee related issues.

(7) Coordinate with payroll and make sure the compliances in regards to GOSI, HRDF and wage protection system.

(8) Manage and handle client audits if any related to HR, Compliances etc.

(9) Maintain the records of government office related transactions and audits and make sure the closure of the same in accordance with labor law.

(10) Monitor and renew the compliances with the Saudi Council of Engineers and other trades.

(11) Manage and handle the employee probations extensions if any, warning letters, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), and termination cases if any, in line with company policies and Saudi Labor Laws.

(12) Other tasks and adhoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

  9. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment.
  10. Willingness to adapt to changing organizational needs.
