Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling HR Service to provide all employees services.
  • Conduct system gap analysis and work closely with HR Information team.
  • Keep outbound and inbound records for human resources department.
  • Keep and complete staff files and records.
  • Implement and follow up of human resources operations of employees by scope of work (leave, clearance, etc.).
  • Employment contracts.
  • Complete the remaining hiring process.
  • Prepare identification letters and certificates.
  • Administer employment contract process.
  • Keep and provide stationery for employees.
  • Prepare payment requests for the HR department.
