Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Handle HR services to provide all employee services.
  2. Conduct system gap analysis and work closely with HR Information team.
  3. Maintain outbound and inbound records for the human resources department.
  4. Keep and complete staff files and records.
  5. Implement and follow up on human resources operations related to employees (leave, clearance, etc.).
  6. Manage employment contracts.
  7. Complete the remaining hiring process.
  8. Prepare identification letters and certificates.
  9. Administer employment contract processes.
  10. Provide stationery for employees.
  11. Prepare payment requests for the HR department.
