About the Role

Identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations relating to employee relations.

Developing and implementing employee relations programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Providing training to managers and employees on a variety of workplace issues.
  • Monitoring trends in employee behavior and attitudes to predict potential issues.
  • Coordinating and supporting the performance management process if required.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

BSc. in Business Administration/Human Resource Management

Master Degree in relevant field is preferred

Required Skills

CIPD Level 5 and higher or any professional certificate in HR field
