Job Description

• Oversee the design & implementation of ELV systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate ELV system installations, including access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and building management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control, adherence to safety regulations, and timely project completion.
• Lead a team of ELV engineers, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs related to ELV system installations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate ELV systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including system schematics, manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ELV systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards for ELV system installations and operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in ELV system design, installation, and management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ELV projects, including budget management and resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of various ELV systems, including access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and building management systems.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, local building codes).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
