Job summary

ABB recherche un analyste de projet pour rejoindre son équipe à Al Jubayl. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'analyse des performances des projets, de la préparation des revues et du contrôle des facturations. Idéalement, vous avez une formation en ingénierie électrique et une expérience d'au moins un an, avec des compétences interpersonnelles solides pour travailler efficacement avec les parties prenantes. Ce poste vous offrira l'opportunité de contribuer à des projets significatifs dans un environnement de travail dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 1 an en ingénierie électrique.
• Capacités de communication forte en anglais appréciées.

Responsibilities

• Analyse de la performance des projets sous supervision.
• Préparer les matériaux et assister aux revues de projet.
• Contrôler et libérer des demandes de facturation.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Conduct analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
• Prepare materials and assist in project reviews. Update project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
• Monitor, control, and release requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.

Stakeholder relations

• Effectively communicate appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal).

Education and Experience:

Electrical Engineering – at least 1 year experience

Must-have Skills:

Good communicator – Flexibility – Problem solver – Well organized – Self-collected

Nice-to-have Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in English
