Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an Electronic Communication Instructor in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia to deliver training on Electronic Communication systems, Radio, and related workshop activities. The role involves analysis, design, development, and delivery of training solutions tailored to RSAF requirements, with emphasis on safety and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will lead specialist training, assess cadets, create course materials, and support bids with technical inputs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electronics Communication or equivalent.
• IELTS 5.0 overall with speaking/listening 5.0 if non-native speaker.
• Recent teaching/instructional experience with formal certificates.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead specialist training functions for TSI.
• Monitor student welfare and progress towards objectives.
• Teach common modules related to the speciality.
• Design and develop new and existing training courses aligned to customer needs.
• Prepare and validate advanced training notes and materials.
• Deliver practical on‑the‑job training and consolidation sessions.
• Contribute SME inputs to bidding and training proposals.
• Maintain training aids and TMIS/LMS records.
