WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role involves planning maintenance activities, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering degree and strong leadership and communication skills, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and contractors.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and company safety standards.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Assist in the implementation of electrical upgrades and new installations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in electrical construction or supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards and local electrical codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
