Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Generally responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all electrical works at the site.
2. Plan and analyze construction methodologies, recommending the best options to the Assistant Project Manager for approval prior to execution.
3. Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
4. Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to ensure the best deals.
5. Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
6. Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documentation.
7. Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
8. Track materials and reorder as necessary.
9. Document design changes and update budgets accordingly.
10. Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Travel to various sites as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
2. Experience in the Middle East & Saudi Arabia is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of infrastructure.
4. Robust safety background.
5. Proficiency in all construction disciplines with practical knowledge of how to execute tasks.
6. Strong understanding of cost management.
7. Excellent construction coordination skills.
8. Valid driving license.
