Electrical Inspectors/ Senior Electrical Inspectors

Responsibilities:
- Execute work in accordance with strict compliance of agreed inspection and test plan and carry out quality inspections to ensure the integrity and compliance of items with international codes, standards, specifications, and customer project requirements.
- Perform vendor and third-party inspections of electrical, communication, and instrumentation materials during production/assembly stages according to the client’s ITP and international standards (ASTM, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, etc.) for equipment such as Process Control Systems, SCADA, RTU, Switchgears, Transformers, Cables, Motors, Marine MV cables, Cathodic protection, HVAC, Skids, etc.
- Conduct technical evaluations of manufacturer facilities for electrical and instrumentation materials.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- For Inspectors: 3-7 years of inspection experience in manufacturing plants, with at least 2 years dedicated to inspecting the specific commodity and processes.
- For Senior Inspectors: 7-10 years of inspection experience, including 5 years focused on the specific commodity and processes.
- Full familiarity with applicable industry standards, specifications, and fabrication methods.
- Ability to perform diverse inspection functions with minimal supervision to verify vendor compliance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Understanding of the National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC, or equivalent standards.
- Working knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
- Familiarity with international industry codes and standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems, including ISA RP12.6, IEEE standards, IEC standards, NEMA standards, NFPA 70/NEC, and UL 94.
