Job description

Deliver related training by teaching theory, technical principles, and practical applications through classroom lectures and hands-on practical training in an Electrical Workshop Environment.

Develop and update course materials and curricula in collaboration with foundational and technical education faculty. Maintain current course outlines, objectives, assignments, and tests.

Keep accurate records of students' progress and provide reports to administration as needed. Design interactive, engaging, and technology-enriched student learning experiences focused on applications.

Participate in the academic assessment of student learning in alignment with accreditation and governing entities. Supervise and monitor students' use of tools and equipment, observe and evaluate their work, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.

Manage daily housekeeping and maintenance of classrooms and laboratories. Provide campus tours to prospective students, parents, and visitors. Attend and participate in events such as graduation, extracurricular activities, advisory meetings, move-in days, employee recognition, student clubs, and field trips.

Contribute to curriculum committees and foster relationships with industry partners. The instructional load may include day or night classes or workshop training. Collaborate with Maintenance and Repair teams to develop and improve training facilities. Fulfill other organizational responsibilities as needed.
