Job Description

Purpose

You will provide electrical engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the electrical team.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver electrical engineering services that meet Worley, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
2. Perform electrical engineering tasks such as:

• Identify and report changes to project scope.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including writing requisitions, conducting technical bid evaluations, and drafting purchase orders.
• Contribute to studies, analyses, and recommend actions.
• Assist in preparing detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and innovations in electrical engineering.
• If required, support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders, including clients.
• Identify issues, develop solutions, and seek assistance when necessary.

Technical and Industry Experience

• Strong technical and practical engineering skills with a track record of delivering quality work on time.
• Good knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering requirements and familiarity with other engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge of applicable local and international standards, regulations, and specifications.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a similar industry and developing leadership skills.

Some experience working on job sites or in factories.
