• Train subordinates and form a team to execute work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates for each assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and developmental targets according to schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within budget and time constraints.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality standards are met by developing effective quality control processes, including specifications for products, processes, or activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls are followed to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
