ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the electrical design, installation, and maintenance for mall and commercial projects.
• Manage and coordinate electrical requirements for differentiating between owners and tenants’ scope, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Review and approve electrical layouts, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure project execution aligns with design and safety standards.
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, sustainability standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive reports about project status compared to the time schedule and cash flow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in mall and commercial project management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and HVAC electrical requirements.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
