Reimagine What's Possible

The EHS Supervisor will provide EHS oversight, assurance, and support to the Power Generation (Wind Farm) scope, which includes the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a large-scale Wind Farm project.

The Main Functions Of This Position Are

• Support the full implementation of the project EH&S Plan.
• Actively promote the development of a Total Safety Culture and support all related leadership activities.
• Coach EH&S team members and contractors.
• Support the Contractors Approval to Mobilize process and conduct HAZIDs in the accountable area.
• Assist in implementing the EH&S Plan and the Project Emergency Response Plan.
• Assess and mitigate EH&S risks specific to Wind Farm activities, such as working at height, lifting operations, and electrical hazards.
• Identify safety concerns related to turbine erection, nacelle installation, and high-risk activities.
• Coordinate inspections and audits focusing on critical wind energy operations.

Essential Qualifications And Education

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction or renewable energy, with at least 2 years in Wind Farm projects preferred.
• Certificate/Diploma in Environment, Health, and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or IOSH MS).
• Academic degree.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Education

• ISO certifications such as 45001 or 14001.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Wind Farm or Renewable Energy Safety Training (e.g., GWO certifications) is highly advantageous.
