Featuring 180 guest rooms, suites, and villas across three million square feet of pristine beaches, we aim to redefine luxury and wellness in hospitality.

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team and lead one of our exceptional dining venues. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and driving financial success while upholding Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Miraval's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and quality.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service standards, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to enhance menu offerings and ensure product consistency.
  • Manage the outlet's budget, cost control, and revenue goals, ensuring profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, VIPs, and repeat clientele to drive loyalty.
  • Ensure all brand and corporate guidelines are met while maintaining the outlet's unique identity.
  • A university degree, diploma, or apprenticeship in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, financial acumen, and guest service standards.
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage innovation.
  • Remote location experience is a plus
