We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to join Team Snapchat in Riyadh, working within our MENA Creative Strategy Team. This role involves driving creative ambitions with major advertisers, working closely with sales teams and brand partners to develop and execute innovative campaigns on Snapchat.

The ideal candidate is curious, creative, persuasive, and passionate about digital and mobile advertising, with a strong opinion on mobile technology’s impact on brand-consumer relationships. You will be expected to become a leading voice in the MENA region, especially regarding AR and mobile storytelling on Snapchat.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop ideas, strategies, and presentation materials to meet advertising clients’ marketing goals on Snapchat.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and agencies to understand their business objectives.
  3. Inspire clients and agencies to innovate through presentations and pitches.
  4. Stay updated on cultural and social trends affecting customer attitudes.
  5. Provide feedback on campaign design.
  6. Collaborate with the Sales team to align brand and partnership strategies with business goals.
  7. Manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  8. Foster cross-team collaboration to develop scalable client solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital and mobile marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creating innovative, impactful creative experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in brand marketing or advertising.
  • Experience in the Saudi market with local and multinational brands.
  • Ability to develop customer-centric strategies tailored to the platform.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi cultural norms and regional nuances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of innovative digital and offline creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and strategic problem-solving.
  • Experience with agencies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate advertising solutions.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Keynote.
