Job Role: Lead HR Analyst

The Lead HR Analyst is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring its effective implementation, operation, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the system owner and primary point of contact for HRIS-related initiatives, coordinating with HR, IT, and external stakeholders to support automation, data accuracy, reporting, and system enhancements. The position plays a key role in aligning HR systems with organizational goals, driving process optimization, managing user access, and supporting data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS), including troubleshooting, updates, and user support.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement automation, process improvements, and ERP (e.g., SAP) integrations.
  • Analyze business needs and design user-friendly system solutions; conduct preliminary testing and maintain documentation.
  • Develop and update SOPs, user manuals, and training materials; deliver training to new users.
  • Manage system permissions and personalization settings to ensure data security and user efficiency.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analytics for senior management.
  • Act as liaison with third-party vendors and service providers for system-related matters.
  • Support change management and HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HRIS administration or HR systems analysis, preferably with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Background in supporting HR operations, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in user training, documentation, and report generation.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CIPD, SHRM, SAP, SuccessFactors, or other relevant professional certifications.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on-site in Yanbu.
  • A valid driver's license (vehicle required).
