Purpose of the Post

The purpose of the Store Manager in Hyper Nesto KSA is to be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock, resource management, and profitability. The role involves facilitating customer service and meeting sales and financial goals.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Arabic, and Malayalam
  • Deep knowledge of the retail industry
  • Management and leadership skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Retail Management

Experience: 2-4 years or more of managerial experience in the retail industry

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing budgets
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Overseeing pricing and stock control
  • Maintaining store premises to be neat and clean
  • Displaying, stocking, and organizing products for easy customer access
  • Managing the store's budget
