Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. The ideal candidate will implement a practical sales approach to expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and train our sales professionals. They will actively seek new business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate our company.

General Specifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Certification: PMP preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proven sales growth record, experience in customer service, marketing, or sales, strong knowledge of business and sales techniques, exceptional project management skills, enthusiasm for company growth.
  • Personal Competencies: Negotiation and networking skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, clear communication skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve targets for business generation in Construction Projects, Plant Maintenance Services in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Infrastructure sectors.
  2. Identify and contact potential clients, explore business opportunities.
  3. Analyze opportunities, deal requirements, financials, and resources to screen potential deals.
  4. Negotiate contracts, coordinate requirements, and close new business deals.
  5. Develop relationships to expand business opportunities.
  6. Participate in industry exhibitions, workshops, & conferences for networking and development.
  7. Align new ventures with strategic objectives and operational strengths.
  8. Oversee content published on the company's website, magazine publications, and promotional materials.
  9. Review vendor and supplier materials for publications and exhibitions.
  10. Lead ISO audits for the Business Development department.
  11. Manage departmental KPIs.
  12. Engage with major clients in Saudi Arabia and GCC, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, MA'ADEN, TASNEE, SIPCHEM, Saudi Chevron, SEC, SWCC, MARAFIQ, and international EPCs like JGC, SAIPEM, DAELIM, FLUOR, DOW.
