- The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the assigned Project.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage consultant services, control quality and quantity of work performed, guide the team, and carry overall responsibility for task fulfillment and the Consultant's activities.
- Set objectives and priorities for work execution in line with the project scope and the Client's requirements.
- Establish a detailed Project Plan and necessary project procedures to ensure timely execution and quality of work.
- Monitor project progress, proactively track bottlenecks, and address issues to meet schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities across departments to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
- Supervise work results, compare with guidelines and plans, and ensure proper documentation and client reporting.
- Implement mechanisms to track, review, and resolve project issues and blockers.
- Conduct regular project review and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
- Review changing project requirements and resource needs, providing recommendations for adjustments.
- Provide training on OSP Standards, specifications, and related activities.
- Coordinate with the OSP task force head to identify process gaps, quality issues, and knowledge gaps among resources.
- Ensure application of fundamental and contingency planning concepts and processes.
- Manage project PO closeout.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of telecommunication experience, with at least 5 years in a responsible managerial role overseeing large departments.
- Extensive experience in managing OSP projects, project control, and coordination with clients and contractors.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
