Job Summary:

At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at
Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The Lifeguard - Specialized must possess both technical skills and soft skills, demonstrating traits that contribute to success in the role. Above all, they should be passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction, and drowning prevention.

Job Duties:

• Comply with the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya's code of conduct and ethics.
• Promote the park's vision, mission, values, and desired behaviors.
• Promote the culture of Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations of the park.

Job Specific:

• Ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues within the park, focusing on drowning prevention.
• Assist in daily operations of aquatic attractions and adventure experiences.
• Conduct safety checks and manage risks related to aquatics.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the scope of certification and training.
• Meet key performance indicators and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Maintain required certifications, including ILTP Lifeguard License and adventure experience certifications.
• Work long shifts, often exceeding scheduled hours, and be on your feet in various environments.
• Access ride platforms multiple times daily and work in diverse environmental conditions.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest and colleague areas, including non-aquatic zones.
• Work during holidays, weekends, and non-operational hours as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Adhere to all company policies, ensure a fun environment for guests and colleagues, and perform any other functions deemed necessary by management, in line with safety and operational goals.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, amusement, or guest service industries, preferably in the Middle East or internationally. Experience with whitewater rafting, canyoneering, deep water, rock climbing, or surfing is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in English (written and spoken). Basic understanding of Arabic is desired. Basic computer skills.
