We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic IT professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for monitoring the operation of all computer hardware installation and maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Serving as the primary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware
2. Maintaining licenses for all software and ensuring all systems are covered by proper maintenance contacts
3. Maintaining a sufficient inventory of computer-related supplies
4. Keeping logs of all computer hardware and service calls
5. Managing configuration records, program files, and data files on the computer system
6. Monitoring the performance of computer software and maintaining logs of performance reports, errors, system malfunctions, and solutions
7. Installing and testing corporate-approved program changes to hotel computer systems
8. Investigating and reporting software problems to vendors or regional/corporate IT offices
9. Training selected hotel employees to manage systems in the absence of the IT director
10. Maintaining technical and user documentation, system reports, and newsletters
11. Completing and distributing a monthly activities report to the Corporate Vice President - Information Technology

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should possess a degree in Information Technology and have previous experience in a similar role, with proven knowledge across all IT sectors. Excellent command of English, network design skills, and the ability to provide technical leadership are essential.
