Job description

NY Style Pizzeria Team Members:
We are looking for high-energy Team Members that want to work at a family-owned pizzeria that prides itself in offering the best pies in Medina County. We cross-train our Team, so everybody can help anybody. This high-paced environment takes the monotony out of doing the same job every day!

GA (Guest Ambassador) Responsibilities:

1. Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
2. Open/Close station.
3. Manage guest orders and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
4. Greet Guests as they enter the restaurant “Welcome to Courthouse” and convey “Thank You” as they leave.
5. Answer phones within 3 rings – “Thank You for choosing Courthouse, how may I help you?” Smile when you answer the phone, it comes through to our Guests.
6. Explain our menu to Guests and input orders into the point-of-sale system.
7. Pre-Bus and clear tables.
8. Ensure soda & counter are clean, stocked with plates, napkins, straws, utensils, lids, cups.
9. Offer Guests add-on sales (Combos, Drinks, Bread Sticks, etc.).

Pizzaioli Responsibilities:

1. Prepare ingredients for menu items to help increase kitchen efficiency.
2. Stretch and top pies to restaurant and customer specifications.
3. Craft salads and sub sandwiches to restaurant and customer specifications.
4. Ensure orders are made in a timely manner to which all items in order are finished and served at the same time.
5. Communicate with management and fellow employees regarding ingredients, orders, and any "happy accidents" that occur in the kitchen.
6. Ensure stations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized during end-of-day closing procedures.
