About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with solid experience in bridging design and execution, especially in industrial construction (factories, Processing Plans and warehouses, etc.). This role requires strong coordination skills between engineering consultants and construction contractors, with a focus on design review and site supervision.

The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid background in engineering office design and field construction management, ensuring project success from the drawing board to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the link between design offices, site teams, and contractors, ensuring project alignment and clarity.
• Review and supervise civil/structural designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Manage on-site construction activities for industrial projects, ensuring timely execution, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during both design and construction phases.
• Generate regular progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates for internal and external stakeholders.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in:
• Engineering Design: Experience working in engineering offices, including the review of structural designs, site plans, and infrastructure layouts.
• Site Supervision: Hands-on management of construction sites for factories or similar industrial facilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering software. Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Saudi Building Codes, ACI/ASCE standards, and Saudi Aramco/SABIC requirements (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility to register.
