The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel supplies, catering services, or laundry services within Saudi Arabia and a strong network of relationships with hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company’s presence in the hospitality sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing contracts with hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
Leverage existing relationships with hotels to generate sales and long-term partnerships.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Skills
Proven experience in sales leadership within hotel supplies, catering, or laundry services.
Strong network of relationships with hotels and hospitality businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Deep understanding of the facilities management industry and B2B sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
