Job description

He will be reporting to the Office of the Supervisor, KFUPM Affiliated Colleges at Hafr Al-Batin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection and maintenance of all elevators periodically.
2. Installation of machinery and mechanical parts, ensuring the safety of operating conditions and control devices.
3. Replacement of spare parts for elevators and control systems through troubleshooting.
4. Replacement and installation of metal cords periodically.
5. Implementation of preventive maintenance programs according to the manufacturer's manual.
6. Screening and diagnosis of electrical faults and taking necessary remedial actions.
7. Applying health and safety standards professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. BS/MS degree in a recognized field of specialization.
2. At least five (5) years of experience in elevator operation or related services such as Mitsubishi, Otis, Express, etc.
3. Holding a license from a certified specialist in elevator maintenance (Professional License).
