We are seeking a talented and driven Manager Curriculum (Performance Unit - Sales & Leasing) to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on designing and delivering comprehensive training curricula aimed at enhancing the performance and competencies of our Sales and Leasing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs and curricula for the Sales and Leasing unit to advance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and tailor curricula to meet the evolving demands of the market
- Design innovative learning experiences using a blend of methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and practical simulations
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs through various metrics, making continuous improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with best practices in sales and leasing
- Lead training sessions and workshops, fostering an engaging learning environment
- Maintain documentation of training programs and manage the overall curriculum development process
- Work closely with management to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in curriculum design and delivery, specifically within sales and leasing functions
- Proven experience in facilitating training programs and enhancing employee performance
- Strong understanding of sales processes and leasing practices within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt curricula accordingly
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and content creation tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
