We are seeking a talented and driven Manager Curriculum (Performance Unit - Sales & Leasing) to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on designing and delivering comprehensive training curricula aimed at enhancing the performance and competencies of our Sales and Leasing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs and curricula for the Sales and Leasing unit to advance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and tailor curricula to meet the evolving demands of the market
  • Design innovative learning experiences using a blend of methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and practical simulations
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs through various metrics, making continuous improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with best practices in sales and leasing
  • Lead training sessions and workshops, fostering an engaging learning environment
  • Maintain documentation of training programs and manage the overall curriculum development process
  • Work closely with management to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in curriculum design and delivery, specifically within sales and leasing functions
  • Proven experience in facilitating training programs and enhancing employee performance
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and leasing practices within the real estate industry
