Responsibilities:
- Provides great operational service through leading workshop technicians to deliver safe and reliable trains.
- Support rolling stock management in the delivery of production plan.
- Performs maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities on the trains.
- Assists technicians in working on systems incorporating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Plans, coordinates, prepares, and distributes maintenance tasks efficiently to the team in accordance with the maintenance plan.
- Leads, motivates, coaches, and develops team to achieve objectives and continuously improve performance.
- Maintains a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the working environment and performance in the workshop.
