Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides great operational service through leading workshop technicians to deliver safe and reliable trains.
  • Support rolling stock management in the delivery of production plan.
  • Performs maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities on the trains.
  • Assists technicians in working on systems incorporating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Plans, coordinates, prepares, and distributes maintenance tasks efficiently to the team in accordance with the maintenance plan.
  • Leads, motivates, coaches, and develops team to achieve objectives and continuously improve performance.
  • Maintains a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the working environment and performance in the workshop.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent degree.

Experience:
